I found the staff attentive. Ahmed at the pool bar always remembered my favorite drink. the entertainment team, especially taz and nastya, made our evenings special. the christmas eve gala decorations were fine. i particularly enjoyed the gamila egyptian restaurant.
the air conditioning was a little noisy, which occasionally disrupted our sleep.

The bar service was good. The entertainment team was excellent, especially Claudio. The evening food was LOVELY. Nasaya beach at night was even more lovely, and the waiter service was really good. The staff were amazingly friendly, especially waiters Abdin, Medhat, Mohammed, David, Gergis, and Waleed.
The room's air conditioning system needed cleaning. A bad smell came out.

There was a wide range of tasty food available. Different food themes were offered, and waiters provided water and beverages. The à la carte food experience at Elia restaurant included an extravagant soup, juicy steak, and epically seasoned Cesar salad.

i found the reception team very helpful. they provided a tour of the hotel. the hotel was very clean and tidy. the location was nice too.
the umbrellas on the beach had holes. the weather was very hot. it was impossible to lie on the beach due to burning sun. the pool was always full and small.
